Amybeth McNulty was born in the Republic of Ireland but was brought up in Canada. She is most famous for her leading role as Anne Shirley on the CBC/Netflix Drama Series Anne with an E. This drama was based Lucy Maud Montgomery's novel Anne of Green Gables from 1908.
