Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. She was one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue her education. In 2015 she continued her path from last year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years setting up new goals. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could get her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred during the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her performance. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by an actual exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
